Registration fee includes:

    1. Conference proceedings
    2. Passes for conference reception and conference dinner
    3. Coffee breaks and lunches
    4. One registration covers presentation of one paper

Registration Guidelines:

Please review the following information carefully to ensure a smooth registration process.

  1. Select Your Registration Category
    • Students: Open to all currently enrolled Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and PhD candidates.
    • Academic: Reserved for Postdoctoral researchers (PostDocs), University Professors, and Scientists (e.g., from CSIR Labs, BARC, etc.).
    • Consultants & Engineers: For industry engineers, professional consultants, government officials, and researchers affiliated with private institutions.
    • International Delegates: For attendees traveling and registering from outside the host country.
    • Accompanying Person: For guests, spouses, or family members who are attending the conference but are not presenting or participating in the technical sessions.

  2. Presenting Authors

    Submission Requirements: If you are presenting at the conference, you must have an accepted abstract and have submitted your full paper or extended abstract prior to registering.


  3. Payment & Finalizing Registration

    Mandatory Next Step: Completing your payment does not automatically finish your registration. After paying the fee, you must fill out the provided Google Form to finalize your details and secure your spot.
